Estimated Delivery Times

The delivery timeline is divided into two phases:

Shipping Time: Expect delivery within 7-12 business days, based on your selected logistics method and delivery address.

Total Delivery Days = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How it works
1. Email support@nuavibe.com with your order number and "RETURN" in the subject
line. Please contact us before sending anything back — returns sent without
prior approval cannot be processed.
2. Once approved, we'll provide the correct return address. Ship the item within
7 days of approval. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
3. We inspect returns within 3–5 business days of arrival, then issue your refund
or send your exchange within 5 business days. Please allow up to 7 additional
days for the funds to appear in your account.

Not eligible for refund or exchange: incorrect size choice or change of mind; damage caused by use, washing, or self-repair; items that have been worn, washed or altered; items sent as replacements or exchanges (final sale).
