Returns & Refunds

At NuaVibe, we want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is both enjoyable and satisfying. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go exactly as planned. If this happens, our simple return and exchange process is here to assist you.

General Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return or Exchange

If you would like to initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@nuavibe.com with your order number. Our customer care team will guide you through each step of the process and provide detailed instructions.

Step 2: Ship Your Product Back

Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with the correct return/exchange address. Please return your item within 7 days of approval, following the provided instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as refunds or exchanges can only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer.

Step 3: Refund or Exchange

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days. Depending on your request, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement for exchange.

Important Notes

  • Please contact us before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval or to an incorrect address cannot be processed.
  • Email us at support@nuavibe.com with the subject line “RETURN” for faster assistance.
  • We only issue refunds or exchanges for items that comply with our official Return & Exchange Policy.

Return Policy

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Please do not send your return package to the sender’s address on the shipping label — contact us at support@nuavibe.com to obtain the correct return address for your order.

Non-Refundable or Non-Exchangeable Items

We are committed to providing products of excellent quality. If you receive a defective item, we will gladly accept your return or exchange.

However, please note that the following situations are not eligible for refund or exchange:

  • Incorrect size choice or change of mind.
  • Damage caused by use, washing, or self-repair attempts.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Items sent as replacements or exchanges (final sale).

To qualify for a return or exchange, all items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Additional Information

NuaVibe is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete order details, including but not limited to incorrect address, phone number, or consignee name. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

If you notice incorrect information after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@nuavibe.com with your order number and the correct details. We’ll do our best to assist you before the order is processed.

Refund & Exchange Timeline

Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, we will initiate your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be sent back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

We will notify you via email once your return package has been received and again when your refund has been processed.

If you have not received a confirmation within 7 days of returning your item, or if you have any concerns about your refund/exchange, please contact us at support@nuavibe.com.
