Minors

Retention

We retain your order information for as long as necessary to fulfill your order, provide support, and meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations — generally seven years from the date of purchase. We do not engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or similarly significant effect using customer data. Our fraud screening may temporarily flag or block suspicious orders, and you can contact us to have any such decision reviewed by a person.
