We recommend using a tracking service for delivery confirmation, as we can only issue a refund/exchange once we receive the product. Please note that we do not cover the shipping fee for returning products.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3-5 working days, process a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.
